Return Policy:
Returns must have an RMA number obtained by emailing orders@welistit.com. Refunds will not be given without an RMA number. All returns MUST be in the original packaging with all product paperwork included. All returns will be at the expense of the sender.

Exceptions:
Littermaid, Purrforma, Pet Fountains & Feeders, Space Bags, are all warrantied by the manufacturers and will not be accepted for return by We List It, Inc. You must contact the manufacturer for any problems. All phone numbers are included with your purchase.
